COVERAGE AREA
We service Southern Minnesota, Mankato area, Albert Lea, Rochester, Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. Each photographer covers a 50 mile radius. You will be notified prior to scheduling of any travel fees for properties outside our coverage area.
Scheduling
Shoots are available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with the exception of twilight shoots which are scheduled around sunset. Shoots are limited on weekends. We are typically booked out 2-3 business days depending on time of year and location.
Turn Around Time
Photos will be delivered by noon the following business day. While we will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for floor plans, twilight photos, Matterport 3D tours and virtual staging.
Preparing for photos
Please use our pre-shoot checklist to help prepare for the best photos possible. The home should be photo ready upon the photographer's arrival. We may suggest moving things but ultimately the photographer is not responsible for unwanted objects in the photos and is not responsible for cleaning or staging of the home. Please have home photo ready!
Cancellation Policy
We charge a $50 cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours of photo shoot, or if the home is not ready for photos upon photographer's arrival or the photographer is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time.
Weather
It’s ok if the sun is not out. Overcast days are great for shooting exteriors as we will photoshop in blue skies.. We may recommend rescheduling due to heavy rain or heavy snow if it will effect the quality of our photos or our safety
