We covers a wide area across Southern Minnesota, including Mankato, Albert Lea, Rochester, the Twin Cities, and surrounding communities. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 50-mile radius. Please contact us prior to confirming your booking to discuss any potential charges.
Hours
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with limited availability on weekends. Twilight sessions are scheduled according to sunset times, which may vary.

Standard Timeframe
Our standard timeframe is 24 hours or less. However, for services such as floor plans, twilight photos, Matterport 3D tours, and virtual staging, the standard timeframe may extend up to 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee. This fee also applies if the photographer arrives and the home is unprepared. To avoid charges, please ensure your property is ready before the appointment.
Weather
If bad weather occurs on the day of your scheduled shoot, we may suggest rescheduling to ensure better photo quality. We'll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
